General terms and conditions for buying and using our products and websites
Placing an order
You can place orders through our websites using Paypal or you can do a bank
transfer. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please send an email
to jennifer@kidstogo.co.uk and
we will email you the account number and sort code for a transfer. We do not
take cheques.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging
that we have received your order normally within 48 hours of receiving it.
If you place an order using Paypal you will also automatically be emailed
a confirmation of payment by Paypal.
Please note that the Paypal confirmation does not mean that your order has
been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse to
process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any
time at our sole discretion.
Order Fulfilment
Most orders for electronic items (documents) will be emailed directly to
your Paypal email address. Orders will normally be emailed to you within
48 hours of placing an order. You will definitely receive them within 30
days unless there are exceptional circumstances.
For orders of physical items such as books, the package will be posted to
the address on your Paypal account. If you want anything to be posted or
emailed to an address that is different from the one on your Paypal
account, then you will need to send an email to: sales@kidstogo.co.uk with
the preferred delivery address or email address.
Price and payment
The current price of our products will be as quoted on our websites except
in cases of obvious error. It is always possible that, despite our best
efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly
priced.
Old special offers that do not appear on our websites are no longer valid.
We are under no obligation to provide our products to you at incorrect
(lower) old prices than those currently stated on these websites or to
honour old, expired offers.
Please note that when you buy our ‘packages’ such as our Essential
Paperwork Package, EYFS Art and Activities Package and ‘One of Everything’
package that the items included in these packages and their price will
change with time.
Buying a ‘One of Everything’ package does not entitle you to receive any
further new products that are added at a later date after you have
received your ‘One of Everything’ package. You would need to purchase the
new product separately.
Returns Policy
Kids To Go is a distance selling organisation and complies with all
distance selling regulations. If you are unsatisfied with our products for
any reason you can return them for a full refund within 7 working days.
If you are returning physical products (including books) then you will
need to post these items to the following address:
Jennifer Fishpool
2 Windsor Court
Whitehaven
Cumbria,
CA28 6UU
A full refund will be issued to you. However you will be responsible for
the cost of returning the items to us.
If you are returning electronic documents which have been emailed to you
or downloaded from these websites then you will need to confirm that you
have deleted the documents by sending an email to: sales@kidstogo.co.uk,
requesting a refund and confirming that the documents have been deleted
and any printed versions of the documents destroyed. You will then be
issued a full refund.
If you enrol on one of our courses, we will issue you a full refund up to
the point where we send you Module 1. After you have received Module 1, it
is then ultimately up to you to complete the course. If you change your
mind after you have begun the course work, especially if we have already
started reading and commenting on your work, then we will not issue a
refund even if you decide you don’t want to finish the rest of the course.
Own Personal Use
In purchasing our products you agree that they are for your own personal
use or for your individual childminding business only, and may not be
shared with others. It is a violation of these terms and conditions and
our copyright to buy one copy of our products for yourself and then to
forward them on to others (for example), to print and give, loan,
reproduce, transmit, or sell copies to others, or to share them with a
group.
You must not buy individual copies of our products for your childminding
“group” without prior written consent which you must obtain in every
instance by emailing: sales@kidstogo.co.uk.
A childminder working with assistants does not constitute a ‘group’. You
may be liable for prosecution if you share or distribute our intellectual
property with another person.

causes or may cause damage or loss to our reputation or harms any
